1. Cross-Store Network Models

Wholesale Issuer

Partner adds perks from local merchants for its active member-base. Perks are distributed via digital QR codes/emails to increase membership perceived value.

Wholesale Fulfiller

Store B honors Store A perks at POS for verified visiting patrons, earning guaranteed wholesale fulfillment payments cleared seamlessly via Stripe.

Bounty Acquisition

Customer purchases at Store A trigger automated QR rewards for Store B. Store B pays a pre-set acquisition bounty on verified walk-in redemption.

2. Pilot Program Terms

  1. 1. Scope of Pilot: Partner agrees to participate as a launch merchant in a 30-day initial trial of the Naboux platform, operated by Lobo Blanco Holdings LLC.
  2. 2. Integration & Hardware: Clearing events and redemption verification will run through automated POS integrations (Square) and QR verification pipelines without requiring secondary terminal hardware.
  3. 3. Financial Clearing: All wholesale fee distributions and referral bounty settlements will be tracked via Naboux's ledger engine and cleared automatically through connected Stripe accounts.
  4. 4. Non-Binding Intent: This document represents a mutual expression of commercial intent to participate in the launch cohort. It does not create a binding financial liability prior to executing final pilot software onboarding.
  5. 5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree that all customer data, POS transaction logs, sales volumes, and financial ledger records processed through the platform constitute strictly Confidential Information. Naboux will use this data solely to operate financial clearings and will never sell or share raw merchant data. Partner Merchant agrees to keep all non-public network terms, partner pricing, and system metrics strictly confidential.
