What is Naboux?
Naboux is a business-to-business network for neighboring brick-and-mortar stores. A wholesale partnership either adds a neighbor's perk for your own customers or pays you when you fulfill their perk. A bounty pays a referral fee when a referred guest buys.
Which point-of-sale systems does Naboux use?
Square is the live point-of-sale connection. Toast and Clover will be added next depending on waitlist sign-ups. Currently discount QR codes are emailed. Apple Pay and Google Pay support are coming soon.
What does a customer do?
A customer does not open a Naboux account. Their store emails them a QR code. When that store has added a neighbor's perk, the email is that perk, and they show the code when they pay at the neighbor's Square register. When a purchase at one store earns a reward for a second store, the email is that reward, and they show the code when they pay at the second store. The code is what ties the sale to the partnership.
When does a sale count as a partner redemption?
A completed Square sale counts only when the payment note, payment reference, or order carries the partner's Naboux code. A sale with no code stays off the ledger.
How do partners get paid?
The two businesses set the settlement amount on the partnership. Naboux records each redemption on a ledger and Stripe Connect pays the net in a monthly batch. Naboux does not charge a monthly subscription.
Who operates Naboux?
Naboux is operated by Lobo Blanco Holdings LLC. A pilot letter of intent is a non-binding 30-day expression of interest and does not create a financial obligation before software onboarding.
